Partial MSLB accident: effect of initial core power level

Difference | base case: core / &Lstc / xf0c= .0001 | 1 (default= 1).
For base case, initial power was set to 1e-9 nominal power. xf0c= .0001 scales down the initial power level to 1e-13 nom power, level which was selected for the fast reactivity accidents (?).

Results (chart 01 & following)

The effect is weak (q2c peak= 800e6 |750e6 and u2c7 peak= 800 | 750) although not negligible. Retaining 1e-13 * nominal power for f0c is therefore recommended
