Partial MSLB accident: effect of not borating safety injection water

cf rtvunsym_3.dat

Differences | ref case:
boais=bobis=bocis=0 | 2000.

The transient trend (chart 01 and following) is not dramatically affected :
q2c peak is moderately increased from 780e6 to 860e6 and the
u2c7 peak from 730 (chart 05) to 770.
No significant effect on p3 (chart 06)is observed
In ref case rc at 300 s keeps decreasing due to boration, whilst in present case (chart 01), rc stabilizes to negative value.
As discussed earlier, boron is only useful for managing post-accident system condition much later and does not appear to be major safety issue as far as MSLB is concerned.
