Partial MSLB accient: effect of larger power fraction in cold sector of the core

Next application rtvsym_2ax (chart 01) looks at the effect of increasing the power fraction developed in the cold sector cl=1:
xqcl(1)=.5, instead of (|) .33 for rtvsym_2a .

Boiling in hot sector is due to boiling dome and hot loop and to partial mixing in bottom (xwab= .4). It results in larger safety margins.
Thus, it appears safer to assume perfect bottom mixing (xwab=1).
